Privacy:

Indigo Perfumery will not share, sell or trade your personal information, email address, card details or personal details with any unauthorized third party. All information gathered will be kept strictly confidential. If you have any further questions regarding your privacy, please contact us at indigoperfumery@gmail.com.

Our online shop is a secure web destination. We use the industry standard, Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) encryption technology. All information that you submit during the ordering process is automatically encrypted for security and can only be decoded by indigoperfumery.com. Once you begin the checkout process your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode.

Cookies are small bits of information that are stored on your computer to help keep track of the items in your shopping basket. Only session cookies are used, meaning that once you close your browser, the cookies expire and are no longer used. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and most major websites use them. In order to shop at indigoperfumery.com, you must enable session cookies in your browser. Please refer to your browser’s help section on how to enable cookies.

Should a malicious third party gain access to your transaction/ details, we hold no liability.

 

Samples:
Samples are provided in 3 ml. glass spray vials filled with 1 ml. of perfume (1/3 full)
and are prepared by hand with the actual, original perfume from the perfumer. Samples are limited to two per person of one fragrance. Samples are not eligible for free shipping.

Indigo reserves the right to replace a perfume sample in any Samplers with another perfume if we are out of stock.

PLEASE NOTE: As we prepare each sample to order, any order with over 10 samples may take 2-4 days to fulfill. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Sales Tax:

Indigo Perfumery is a company based in Ohio and we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Ohio. Any orders shipped to a destination outside of Ohio are exempt from sales tax.

 

Shipping:

Currently, Indigo Perfumery only ships within the United States (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).

After an order has been confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please choose a secure delivery address as we cannot refund or replace stolen or lost orders. Also, we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for products damaged after delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Canceling an order: 

If you decide to change your mind regarding an order you’ve placed, you may cancel it within 24 hours, providing it hasn’t been shipped. We attempt to ship every order within 24-48 hours, so not all orders can be canceled once they have been submitted.

To cancel an order, contact us with your email address and order number at indigoperfumery@gmail.com. No cancellations may be done by phone- only by email. 

 

Returns and Exchanges:
Indigo Perfumery does not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes or fragrances or perfume samples due to possible tampering. Any other returns or exchanges must be pre-authorized with Indigo Perfumery. 
Returns or exchanges must be requested by email. Please email us at indigoperfumery@gmail.com. 

If an item is returned, it will not be refunded if the perfume bottle has been opened, the box has been opened, marred or dinged. The perfume must be returned in its ORIGINAL packing box with the original packing materials.

All shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer assumes the cost of shipping any returned or exchanged bottle back to Indigo Perfumery.

 

Other:
All trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and designs are the property of Indigo Perfumery. They may not be copied or used without permission.

 

Only one special or discount may be applied to an order at a time.
