Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS Priority Mail. To ensure your order arrives on time, please note the following deadlines:
Monday, December 18, 2017 is the final day to place an online order to arrive for Christmas using USPS First Class Mail.
Tuesday, December 19, 2017 is the final day to place an order online to arrive for Christmas using USPS Priority Mail.
Wednesday, December 20, 2017 is the final day to place an order online to arrive for Christmas using USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail.
Placing an Order:
After submitting your order you’ll receive an email verifying that the order has been received by indigoperfumery.com. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an additional email informing you of the shipping date, the details of your order and any tracking information.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Special orders may not be cancelled once your order has been placed. Full payment is required before the special order is initiated.
Indigo Perfumery is a company based in Ohio and we are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Ohio. Any orders shipped to a destination outside of Ohio are exempt from sales tax.
Shipping and Delivery:
Indigo offers free ground shipping with all orders over $75 within the U.S, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Indigo Perfumery will make every attempt to ship all orders within 24- 48 hours of receipt. We ship our packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on public holidays. Indigo is not responsible for returned shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customer.
Please indicate if you would like the order to be signed for upon delivery. If there is no request that the shipment is to be signed for upon delivery, Indigo will send the package without a signature upon delivery request.
Canceling an order:
If you decide to change your mind regarding an order you’ve placed, you may cancel it within 48 hours, providing it hasn’t been shipped. We attempt to ship every order within 24-48 hours, so not all orders can be canceled once they have been submitted.
